3 shows canceled by Netflix that deserve another season

Here are three canceled shows that really shouldn’t have been.

The OA

Spirit Hunter

Every once in a while, a production team manages to pull off something original. He comes up with a new and interesting idea, does it well, and makes it look good. Shine did this and, as such, deserved more than he got.

Crazy characters, decent drama, and well-developed storylines, the series was canceled after its third season despite a huge fan outcry. The reason was unfortunately no one’s fault – it depended on Covid-19 and the timing.

With a huge cast and every scene involving close physical contact, it was deemed unsafe to continue filming during the pandemic and when the green light finally came, people were simply gone.

It’s a pure case of bad luck on this one.
