Front Room Trailer: Max and Sam Eggers Debut With A24 Horror Feature

If you’ll have to go see Jeff Nichols’ The Bikeriders this weekend to get a glimpse of the first trailer for Robert Eggers’ Nosferatu, another horror feature from the Eggers family arrives early and brings today a first glimpse. Max and Sam Eggers, brothers of Robert (and former co-writer of The Lighthouse) have now made their directorial debut with The Front Room. Ahead of its September 6 release on A24, the first trailer has now arrived.

Here’s the brief synopsis: “Everything goes to hell for newly pregnant Belinda (Brandy Norwood) after her stepmother (Kathryn Hunter) moves in. As the evil guest tries to get its claws on the child, Belinda has to draw the line somewhere…”
