The United States Marshals are offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of Alan Lewis, 38, of Brockton, wanted for murder. Lewis is suspected of being responsible for the fatal shooting of Brent Stevenson, 37, of Boston, on November 6, 2017.

Lewis’s last known residence was at 88 Reservoir Street in Brockton. He is described as a black man, 38 years old, 6’1″ tall, 210 pounds, with brown eyes, black hair, a stocky build, and distinctive tattoos on both forearms reading “KILLER » and “BEES”.

The incident occurred around 6:38 p.m. when Boston Police officers from District D-4 (South End) responded to reports of shots fired at the intersection of Massachusetts Avenue and Boylston Street . Subsequently, a car accident was reported at 333 Massachusetts Avenue, where the driver, later identified as Stevenson, was found with a gunshot wound. Stevenson was transported to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries and was pronounced dead a short time later.

Boston Police continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding this tragic event. They urge anyone with information regarding Alan Lewis to contact the Fugitive Unit at (617) 343-5059.   • Suspect charged in fatal shooting at Oxon Hill football game

    The Prince George’s County Police Department’s Homicide Unit arrested and charged Dajuon Meniefield, 29, of Bowie, with the murder of Christopher Mozee, 33, of District Heights. The incident occurred during a youth football game at Potomac High School in Oxon Hill on June 15, 2024.

    Responding officers arrived on scene around 11:20 a.m. and found Mozee in the stands suffering from a gunshot wound. He was later pronounced dead at a nearby hospital. A second victim, a child, was also shot and injured during the incident, but his life is not in danger.

    Meniefield was apprehended with the assistance of the Hagerstown Police Department. He faces charges of first and second degree murder, among other related charges. According to initial investigations, the motive for the shooting stemmed from a personal dispute between Mozee and Meniefield, who knew each other.

  • Philadelphia police search for suspect in Waldorf school burglary, vandalism

    The Philadelphia Police Department’s Northwest Detective Division is actively seeking information leading to the identification of a suspect involved in a recent commercial burglary at the Waldorf School, located at 6000 Wayne Ave.

    The incident was reported by a school employee on June 9, 2024, stating that an unknown Black female entered the property and subsequently vandalized the property. Surveillance footage showed the suspect entering the school grounds and committing the act of vandalism late at night and early in the morning on June 7 and 8.

    Authorities are urging anyone with information on the identity or whereabouts of the suspect to come forward to assist in the ongoing investigation.

  • Drunk driving crash on Kings Highway results in serious charges against driver

    A serious vehicle crash involving a rollover has occurred on Kings Road, leaving two people injured but fortunately alive. The incident took place on June 18 around 4:50 a.m., which Deputy MA Holub responded to after reports of a vehicle off the road in the 1300 block.

    Upon arrival, it was apparent that the vehicle was traveling westbound before crossing the median, overturning and ending up on the east side of the road. The crash left the vehicle’s roof collapsed, airbags deployed and debris scattered at the scene. Notably, amidst the debris, an empty Twisted Tea can was found, suggesting alcohol involvement.

    Both occupants showed obvious signs of intoxication, with the driver initially falsely claiming no one was driving. Further investigation revealed that the 20-year-old’s driver’s license had already been revoked due to another drunk driving incident.

    She faces several charges, including driving under the influence, intoxicated mayhem, driving with a revoked license and reckless driving. The driver and passenger were transported to a local hospital for treatment of their injuries following the crash.

  • Arrest made in Baltimore murder case

    The Baltimore Police Department announced the arrest of Tony Stewart, 65, a Baltimore resident, in connection with a homicide that occurred on June 16, 2024. The incident took place at a home located in the 1800 block of Spence Street in the South Quarter.

    Investigators say Stewart is accused of fatally stabbing 46-year-old April Patterson. As a result of the investigation, detectives arrested Stewart the same day of the incident and transported him to the Central Booking Center. He was charged with first and second degree murder.
