Forget the mother of all shocks, upcoming episodes of EastEnders will see Billy Mitchell (Perry Fenwick) get the brother shocks when dad Stevie Mitchell (Alan Ford) confirms he has another sibling.

Shortly after Stevie arrived in Albert Square, viewers began to suspect he was hiding a secret.

He told Billy and Honey (Emma Barton) that he had no ulterior motives and just wanted to get to know his family. But we know that’s not entirely true.

While Stevie isn’t keeping any dark secrets from the Mitchells (that we know of!), it was recently confirmed that he has a second family and next week, they’ll finally arrive.

After Stevie confronts Will (Freddie Phillips) about money stolen from Lola Pearce’s (Danielle Harold) fundraiser, he loses his temper and ends up pushing his grandfather to the ground.

Luckily, Phil (Steve McFadden) finds Stevie and calls an ambulance.

At the hospital, Billy tells Stevie that he’s glad everything is okay, but that they’re done as a family.

As they return home, Will lags behind and apologizes to Stevie. They talk, but Stevie then finds himself face to face with Teddy (Roland Manookian), his son.

Dismissing Will, Stevie lies to Teddy about where he was and doesn’t tell him who Will is, but Teddy, curious, makes it his mission to find out the truth and heads to Albert Square.

Later that week, Billy experiences even more stress when he receives a message from Elaine Peacock (Harriet Thorpe) informing him that Will is at the bar with a man she doesn’t recognize.

Rushing to the pub, Billy fears a fight will break out until Stevie reveals some news: Teddy is his brother.

As Billy deals with the aftermath of this massive revelation, he will also be introduced to Teddy’s children, Harry (Elijah Holloway) and Barney Mitchell (Lewis Bridgeman).

Regarding the upcoming storyline, Roland told us: “Billy and Phil are here to protect the youngest member of their clan. They discover that there is a mysterious man with their boy, so their motivation is to find out exactly what is going on.

“Teddy is a little shocked by the impact and the idea of what’s going to happen, but he remains calm in the situation to get to the bottom of it. All I can say is that he will there will be fireworks.

“It’s two bulls going toe-to-toe with these characters, and in very different ways because I think they’re on different ends of the alpha male spectrum,” Roland added.

“Phil has a more aggressive approach and physical presence, whereas Teddy is as fierce and dangerous as someone like Phil, but his strategies are just a bit more diplomatic as he tries to get the best outcome for himself. “
