“I have just found out that the NEET-PG exam which was scheduled to be held tomorrow at 9:30 am has just been postponed and the postponement circular was issued just 15 minutes ago. This means that it happened less than 12 hours before the actual exam is scheduled. Are people from the Ministry of Education eligible to make such decisions?
