A man named Sai Teja from Hyderabad said he found worms in a biryani ordered through Swiggy at Mehfil Biryani, a popular restaurant in Kukatpally. The photo shared showed worms in the food. Disappointed by Swiggy’s response, Teja took to social media to describe the incident. Speaking about his experience on X, the man said Swiggy only offered him a refund for the complaint.
