Laura Hamilton was recently shocked by A Place in the Sun buyers’ obvious displeasure after showing them an overseas property.

In a recently aired episode, Laura looked stunned when potential buyers shut down her idea.

Bob and Vida were looking for a retirement getaway where they could enjoy the sun. Boasting a budget of £410,000 to help them realize their Greek house dream, the pair appeared to have specific requirements when choosing a home.

So it’s no surprise that the duo weren’t impressed when Laura showed them a house worth £436,271… which didn’t exactly tick all the boxes.

Vida didn’t hesitate to share her disapproval with Laura. In fact, she quickly informed him that the property was “horrible.” Despite her attempts to make the house more desirable by showcasing its idyllic views and move-in ready nature, Vida stood her ground.

Before the two men could get a better look, Bob stepped in to interrupt the viewing altogether and decided that their tour should end there.

He explained: “It would be a waste of time because we don’t like the location. »

Even though their viewing ended prematurely, Laura remained calm and said: “That seems like a real shame. But if it’s not in the right place, there’s nothing I can do about it.

Bob and Vida’s search for housing was not an easy task. The couple only managed to obtain a property during the last search. They opted for the fifth property, priced at £325,000. They then offered £295,000, as reported by the Mirror.

Both men were very pleased when an offer of £302,500 was accepted. A super budget of £100,000 under budget!
