‘Beautiful’ – Rio Ferdinand sends ‘thank you’ message to Real Madrid star Arda Güler

Former Manchester United and England defender Rio Ferdinand has decided to send a thank you message to Real Madrid starlet Arda Güler.

Of course, young Güler’s name has been making headlines across Europe over the past 24 hours.

It comes after the 19-year-old put on a masterclass on the international stage.

Having earned a starting place in the opening Euro 2024 match against Georgia, Güler absolutely dazzled, creating a string of scoring chances and finding the net himself in spectacular fashion.

En route to an eventual 3-1 triumph for his country, it all culminated when the midfield sensation was awarded the Man of the Match award at Dortmund.

This excellence has since been widely recognized throughout the world of football, as Güler’s remarkable talents have become increasingly well known.

And, as mentioned above, Rio Ferdinand today joined the chorus of praise for the Real Madrid prodigy.

Speaking in his role as a pundit for the European Championships, former defender Ferdinand went so far as to send a “thank you” message to Güler, as follows:

“This kid is classy. Handsome footballer. He comes to the Euros and scores a goal like that, the goal of the tournament so far. Arda Güler, thank you, that’s what I like to see.
