A search of the vehicle uncovered a zipper bag containing suspected methamphetamine and a glass pipe commonly used for smoking drugs, as well as a card bearing the driver’s name.

Lowery was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, no tail lights and a Ruston warrant. Bail for the first three charges was set at $11,000.
