Albany State University President Issues Farewell Message

ALBANY, Ga. (WALB) – Albany State University President Marion Ross Fedrick released a statement as her time at the university comes to an end.

In February, Fredrick announced that she was stepping down as president to assume her new role as executive vice president and chief of staff to President Brian Blake at Georgia State University (GSU).

In early June, Dr. Lawrence M. Drake II was announced as the new interim president effective Monday, July 1.
