Lakers star LeBron James sends proud message to Bronny and Bryce

The Los Angeles Lakers are working to improve their roster ahead of the 2024-25 season. One of the most important pieces of the Lakers’ plans is star forward LeBron James. The NBA legend still has big goals despite his 21st year in the league. However, he is just as invested in his family as he is on the field. James sent a message to his sons Bronny and Bryce after one of their summer workouts.

LeBron, Bronny and Bryce James were spotted working out with NBA coach Chris Brickley in New York in late June. Shortly after, the Lakers star posted a heartfelt message on social media, reflecting on the journey he and his sons have taken in their life endeavors.

“There is nothing better in the world than being there to raise my boys to be MEN!” I’m here and I’m getting emotional just thinking about your journey so far! Thank you both for allowing me to be your FATHER and be a part of your compass through life’s trials and tribulations! » James wrote on X alongside a series of endearing emojis.

LeBron James has an incredible legacy and his sons are well on their way to creating theirs.

Bronny James is preparing for the 2024 NBA Draft after one season with the USC basketball team. He impressed scouts at the Combine in May and has the chance to begin his professional career in the summer of 2024.

Meanwhile, Bryce James continues to grow on the high school basketball scene. The rising senior has Division 1 offers from Duquesne and Ohio State.

It will be interesting to continue to follow the James brothers as they continue their efforts. In the meantime, LeBron James will do everything he can to help the Lakers rise.

LeBron James wants to continue production despite his sons’ buzz

James is coming off an impressive 2023-24 season. In 71 games, the star forward averaged 25.7 points, 8.3 assists, 7.3 rebounds, 1.3 blocks and 1.1 steals. Additionally, he shot a career-best 41.0 percent from three-point range. James wants to continue his overall production to help the Lakers improve their performance in 2024-25.

Los Angeles is coming off a 47-35 season that saw them finish seventh in the Western Conference standings. As a result, they were forced into the playoffs via the NBA Playoffs. The Lakers defeated the New Orleans Pelicans in their first game to secure the official seventh seed and face the Denver Nuggets in the first round. Unfortunately, the Nuggets beat Los Angeles in five games, making this the second year in a row that they have been eliminated by the Western Conference powerhouse.

Nonetheless, LeBron James, Anthony Davis and the rest of the Lakers’ contributors are determined to give it another chance. Los Angeles made a dramatic move by bringing in former NBA player and basketball analyst JJ Redick as the team’s next head coach. Redick looks to help Los Angeles get to the next level amid strong competition in the West.

Additionally, the Lakers could make another big move in the draft to acquire Bronny James. The move would allow James to play with his father, who is said to be very excited about the pairing.

It will be interesting to see how Los Angeles handles this pivotal period of the offseason.
