These items are then auctioned and purchased by XLRI students, embodying the spirit of generosity. All profits from the auction are donated, with neither the CII Yi committee nor the bidders of the items retaining any share.

“We are delighted and honoured to present this amount to Friends of Tribal Society, an organisation that works tirelessly for the upliftment of tribal communities through education in remote areas,” XLRI spokesperson said.

Smriti Gupta, Secretary, CII Yi at XLRI, expressed her gratitude, saying, “We extend our heartfelt thanks to the Dean’s Administration and the Associate Dean, Student Affairs for their unwavering support in assisting the committee in all its endeavours and making this event possible. Their guidance and encouragement were instrumental in the success of this initiative.”
