Erwin Tulfo wants jail time and disqualification against officials for unfair distribution of ayuda

Erwin Tulfo, deputy parliamentary majority leader and ACT-CIS party-list representative, introduced a measure to penalize civil servants who select unqualified people to receive government assistance.

Tulfo said he invites his fellow lawmakers, especially ACT-CIS party-list Reps. Edvic Yap and Jocelyn Tulfo, Benguet Rep. Eric Yap and Quezon City Rep. Ralph Wendel Tulfo, to co-author the measure.
