Advocacy for the adoption of a resolution in the Assembly for the cancellation of NEET

Former MP and senior Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) leader B. Vinod Kumar demanded that the state government convene the Assembly session and pass a resolution against NEET as Tamil did Nadu.

In a statement, Mr. Vinod Kumar on Friday said the Central and State governments were indifferent to the large-scale protests being held across the country demanding cancellation of the NEET exam due to leaked documents and other irregularities . The Tamil Nadu Assembly has passed a resolution demanding cancellation of NEET.

Welcoming the decision of Tamil Nadu, the BRS leader demanded that the Congress government in the state should immediately convene the Assembly and pass a resolution seeking cancellation of the NEET exam. He also suggested the government to decide to scrap NEET as the pan-India pool was causing severe losses to the students of Telangana.
