Leslye Headland says she hoped someone would stop her over ‘The Acolyte’: ‘Anakin killed a bunch of kids’

The fifth episode of “Star Wars: The Sidekick” recently aired, marking the halfway point of the series, and the plot is heating up. Several shocking developments happened in the latest episode. First, two important characters, Yord and Jecki Lon, met their demise at the hands of Qimir, who turns out to be the Stranger, also known as Mae’s Sith Lord master.

Additionally, it was revealed that Mae and Osha swapped roles, with Mae heading to Coruscant to meet Master Sol, while Osha was captured by Qimir.

While we thought the show might wipe out every Jedi on the planet to maintain the mystery of the Sith Lord, it actually happened. The series sacrificed two major characters and several minor characters, marking the largest Jedi purge since “Revenge of the Sith.”

The cast and crew were taken aback by these events, with Headland jokingly referred to as a masochist.
