Inspired by Crisis on Infinite Earths And Fantastic Four, Epiphany Engine follows the McKalis, “a family of brilliant scientists who were scattered across the dangerous multiverse after a fight with the mysterious adversary, Abzylom. The fabric of the multiverse has ruptured, causing bleeding between universes and sending most of the Mackali family to scattered destinations, leaving youngest member Todd McKali without his family in a spooky, cosmic variation of Mom I Missed the plane. Abzylom wants to collapse the existing multiverse and shape a new universe while destroying the McKalis. In order to save the multiverse and defeat their cosmic enemy, the family must come together and build an army of fighters from across the dark superhero multiverse. »

“The McKali family is led by Professor Dwayne McKali, an incredibly brilliant, but often myopic and overbearing, explorer and father, and Dr. Jackie McKali, a world-renowned physicist and mother who is the balanced yang to Dwayne’s yin. To save the multiverse, parents team up with their gifted children, 19-year-old Jett McKali, an impulsive tech genius who isn’t afraid to jump into the fray, and 17-year-old Octavia McKali, a chemist and theorist that keeps the family together and on task The family draws inspiration from real and fictional historical figures: iconic writer Dwayne McDuffie, legendary comic book creator Jackie Ormes, Disney’s “The Famous Jett Jackson,” award-winning science fiction author Octavia Butler and legendary actor Tony Todd of the seminal horror film “Candyman.”

“Todd McKali, the 10-year-old youngest son of Dwayne and Jackie, is a child prodigy who incorporates all the specialties of his famous family. The family is hunted by the evil Abzylom. Deranged, psychopathic and incredibly brilliant, Abzylom has traveled across the multiverse, his body infused with the chaotic energies that bind and tear apart universes.”

“31 years ago, I began my career at Milestone Media, Inc.and in June of that year Milestone And DC Comics published the first issue of “Static“, introducing one of the most beloved superheroes in world culture. Static has ignited the world over the decades through comics, animation and merchandise, inspiring generations of creators, leaders and cosplayers. For throwing Epiphany engine on the occasion of the anniversary of Static“The debut of ‘in the world’ is a testament to the fact that our stories and characters are powerful and universal, for anyone who loves good stories and captivating journeys,” said Editorial Director Joseph P.
