Worley Limited announces changes to its board of directors. Non-executive directors Wang Xiao Bin and Anne Templeman-Jones will step down by June 2024. They will be replaced by Alison Kitchen AM and Kim Gillis AM, who are expected to join the board and bring with them extensive management experience, governance and program management in various sectors. These strategic appointments are expected to strengthen Worley’s capabilities as the company continues to bridge the gap between the sustainable and traditional energy sectors.
