Ja Morant’s Thoughtful Post Goes Viral

NBA free agency is in full swing. The Memphis Grizzlies have been pretty quiet on the open market thus far, as much of their offseason improvement will come internally. That’s not to say the Grizzlies won’t make additions this summer, but they have several key players who missed significant time due to injuries last season who are ready to return. That includes star guard Ja Morant, who only played in nine games last season.

After serving a 25-game suspension for his second video gun incident, Morant returned for nine games before suffering a season-ending shoulder injury. Morant is expected to be fully ready for opening night, as he has already resumed on-field practice.

In a recent social media post, Morant posted a thoughtful quote that read: “Until you’re broken, you don’t know what you’re made of. This gives you the ability to rebuild yourself again, but stronger than ever. »

Morant went through a lot last year and seems incredibly motivated to have a great season. The Grizzlies have the opportunity to be a very good team in the Western Conference, and Morant’s return is a big reason why. It won’t be easy, especially with the talent in the West, but Memphis hopes to have a good run in the playoffs.
