Pro-Pac announces director’s departure and interests

Pro-Pac Packaging Limited (AU:PPG) released an update.

Pro-Pac Packaging Limited has notified the ASX that Jonathan Ling will cease to be a director of the company with effect from 30 June 2024. The notice also disclosed that Ling holds a relevant interest in 430,114 securities through Ling Family Super Pty Limited, which is a superannuation fund controlled by him. No direct registered holdings in securities of the company have been reported for the outgoing director.
