Buckingham Palace has shared its first social media post since Prince Harry got into trouble ahead of a major award.

The palace took to X’s former Twitter account and shared a video of Queen Camilla hosting a garden party.

The video was shared with the caption: “When Tony and Lyla came over for tea.”

Child champions Tony Hudgell and Lyla O’Donovan missed their chance to attend the Buckingham Palace garden party earlier this summer due to poor traffic and poor health, and they were left devastated.

It is the first social media post from the royal family following reports that Prince Harry has suffered a setback ahead of his award this month as a petition was launched to stop him receiving it.

During this year’s ESPYS, ESPN will recognize exceptional individuals who exemplify courage, perseverance and service.

According to a report from GB Newsa petition was launched asking ESPN to reconsider its decision, claiming Harry had been “involved in controversies that call into question his fitness to receive an honor of this magnitude.”
