She continued: “This is just wild! But that’s the effect FTD leaves on us. It makes us passionate and motivated to work for change and to just be seen. Lemme tell you something, we see you Spencer and Paul! I can also see you guys are getting media coverage out there too! I can imagine what Bruce would say, ‘I hope they remember to hydrate.’ I second that. Stay strong and safe out there! I’m so proud of you guys.”

Emma has previously opened up about her tireless efforts to raise awareness for FTD. In an Instagram post, she shared: “I have many reasons why I advocate. But one of them is that this a way for me and our family to be able to take our power back in this. FTD has a way of re-writing your whole life.”

She went on to add: “But, by advocating for our family and for someone else’s family I feel like that has really been the secret sauce. It has motivated me, and has made me feel better about this journey. So I’m excited for you to jump on this bandwagon. I’m sorry that you have to be on it, but so much good will come of it, I promise.
