Refreshing DOLE Whip Cone Inspired by Orange Birds and Float from Swirls on the Water at Disney Springs

For Florida flavors this year, Swirls on the Water at Disney Springs is offering two new Orange Bird-inspired DOLE Whip treats: the Orange Bird Cone and the Orange Bird Float.

Swirls on the Water is located in the Disney Springs Marketplace and also offers the Key Lime Pie Sundae. Flavors of Florida runs from July 1 to August 11.

Orange Bird Cone – $6.49

This is a cute and fun cone. It’s the perfect refreshing treat during a Florida summer, although it melts quickly. We tried to move the Orange Bird medallion and it melted on our hands.

You have to like orange flavors to like this product. DOLE Whip Orange is strong and overpowering. The sprinkles and orange cone add nothing but a little texture.

That said, it’s a wonderful treat. Grab some napkins and enjoy it soon!

Orange Bird Float – $11.49

DOLE Whip Orange and Watermelon Swirl with Fanta Orange in a Souvenir Mug

We didn’t like this one as much as the cone. The combination of watermelon and orange was off-putting. But you can ask for it without watermelon, just like the orange and Fanta DOLE Whip. They were already making it like that for guests before we ordered it.

Either way, it’s a cool, refreshing drink. The souvenir mug is cute. It looks like a mason jar with the Flavors of Florida logo on the front.

If we had this without the watermelon it might have been a 7.
