Dalljiet Kaur says she is inspired by Hina Khan’s positive attitude towards her stage three breast cancer diagnosis: ‘Everything I go through seems insignificant’

Dalljiet Kaur is going through the toughest phase of her life. However, in these trying times, she is looking for inspiration from Hina Khan who is suffering from stage 3 breast cancer. For the uninitiated, the 41-year-old actress had decided to give love another chance but her world came crashing down after she alleged that her husband Nikhil Patel had an extramarital affair.

Dalljiet Kaur finds hope in Hina Khan’s cancer story:

Dalljiet was inspired by Hina Khan’s battle with cancer. The YRKKH actress recently posted a motivational video from her first chemotherapy session and also revealed how she got to know she had breast cancer the day she attended an awards night. Soon after, Dalljiet left a comment on her post.

She wrote, “Inspired by your spirit, Hina. Suddenly everything I go through seems so stupidly small. Yes, normalizing the journey is very important. You have been and will always be an inspiration in so many ways. You will be perfectly fine and will be back at an award show receiving more such accolades very soon.”

Dalljiet Kaur’s Personal Life:

The Sasural Genda Phool 2 actress tied the knot with Nikhil Patel in March 2023. She had moved to Kenya to be with him; however, it was in January 2024 that she returned to India with her son Jaydon. She reportedly kept quiet for several months; however, the Maa Shakti actress opened up about how her husband Nikhil Patel had denied their marriage. In a cryptic note written in Hindi, Dallijet revealed that her clothes, her chooda and her mandir – everything – were in Kenya, in her husband’s house.

However, according to a report in Hindustan Times, Nikhil has reportedly sent a notice to the CID actress, asking her to get her belongings back to Kenya. Dalljiet Kaur has then reportedly approached a Nairobi city court to file a complaint against her estranged husband. The former couple has also unfollowed each other on social media and deleted their joint posts.

Well, talking more about Dalljiet, she was previously married to Shalin Bhanot, in 2009. According to reports, the duo met on the sets of the TV show Kulavaddhu. They were blessed with Jaydon in 2014; however, unfortunately, in 2015, they opted for divorce.
