Pink was forced to cancel her Summer Carnival tour date in Bern, Switzerland, just hours before the show was due to begin.

Pink has confirmed she will be cancelling her Summer Carnival tour in Bern, Switzerland, just hours before she was due to perform.

After completing the UK leg of her 2024 world tour, the Let the festivities begin The singer’s medical team advised her to cancel the show just over 24 hours before it was due to start.

Moved by the decision, Pink took to her Instagram account to share the exact reason why she had to step down.

She wrote: “I am very sorry that I had to cancel my show in Bern this Wednesday.

“I am doing everything I can to ensure I can perform for you every night, but after consulting with my doctor and exploring all available options, I have been informed that I cannot continue the show tomorrow.

“I was looking forward to being with you, making memories with you and sharing our show with you and I am so disappointed that we have to cancel. All tickets will be refunded; please visit @takk_ab_entertainment for more information.

“Sending you all love and health, and I really hope to see you again soon. P!nk xoxo.”

And luckily for Pink, her adoring fans have been more than understanding and have flooded her social media page with well wishes, hoping for a speedy recovery.

Pink’s performances at the Summer Carnival are very energetic and also contain many stunts, so it was reported that her medical team forced her to take a break.

The Sun reported: “This is understandably hurting her and she has been advised to take a break. The cancellation of the concert was hard for her to take as she hates to disappoint her fans.”

Pink will resume her European tour on Saturday, July 6 in Copenhagen, Denmark.
