Oneida County Man Arrested on Domestic Violence Charges, Punches, Breaks Booking Room Window

CAMDEN, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — Around 9:45 p.m. on Monday, July 1, the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office arrested Kenneth Miller in Camden for a domestic incident involving a knife.

Miller was taken to the Kurt B. Wyman Law Enforcement Building to stand trial. While awaiting trial, Miller repeatedly punched the booking room window and broke it, the sheriff’s office said.


He is accused of:

  • Two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a weapon
  • One count of aggravated family offense
  • A county of first-degree criminal contempt
  • One count of first-degree criminal contempt
  • Criminal Mischief in the Third Degree
  • Drunk driving with previous convictions
  • Aggravated exploitation without a permit
  • Two counts of threats
  • Nine universal traffic violations

Miller was taken to the Oneida County Jail, awaiting arraignment in Oneida County Central Court.
