Chancellors Meet at 2024 Clergy-Laity Congress – Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America

During the Clergy-Laity Congress in San Diego, the National Chancellor of the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America His Grace Bishop Nektarios of Diokleia hosted a meeting for all the Chancellors of the Metropolises and the Archdiocesan District. This gathering, held on Tuesday, July 2, 2024, offered the opportunity to discuss the issues and concerns of the clergy and faithful across the country and to collaborate on programs and projects of significance to our parishes. Such topics were Youth Safety, Candidates for Ordination, Background Checks, processes regarding records of all clergy including maintaining an up-to-date database.
