Norman Hakim Writes Heartfelt Message to Daughter Marissa Dania

July 3 – Norman Hakim couldn’t help but cry as he reminisced about the good old days with his daughter Marissa Dania on her birthday.

The actor recently took to social media to share a video in which he showed Marissa all the notes and letters she wrote to him when she was 10, saying that the messages she sent him were deep and meaningful to him, and that he still keeps the original and an electronic copy of it.

“I will never forget the moment I welcomed your birth in the car. I couldn’t drive your mother to the clinic, you were so eager to get out. I remember the first words your mother said when you were born. You cried a little, then fell silent, blinking at us. Your mother said, ‘She has Norman Hakim’s nose.’ Seeing you made me forget how panicked I was, made your mother forget how much pain she was in,” he wrote.

Wishing Marissa a happy birthday, Norman said he would love her forever and only death would separate them.

“I love you, I love Aslam and I love Umisya. And all my children. We have different challenges in life. My wish for you is that you do not lose hope in Allah. He has brought rain and storm in your life to teach you the importance of gratitude when the rainbow comes. Have faith and believe that the time will come,” he added.

It is worth noting that Marissa had previously made headlines for eloping and getting married in Songkhla, Thailand with her current husband Aslam after their relationship was criticized by netizens as Aslam was already married at the time to his wife Umisya. Marissa was 18 years old at the time. The parties involved have now rekindled their ties.
