BlackEyePatch x G-SHOCK DW-5610BEP-2JR Collaboration

Tokyo-based brand BlackEyePatch has teamed up with G-SHOCK for a new watch collaboration that combines rugged functionality with subtle streetwear style. Featuring a minimalist two-tone color palette of beige and navy, the DW-5610BEP-2 exudes industrial design elements that are synonymous with the Tokyo-based brand’s iconic aesthetic.

Inspired by G-SHOCK’s DW-5610 model, the latest collaboration features the BlackEyePatch on the dial and metal caseback. Orange accents brighten up the watch face in the form of lettering and co-branding.

When the backlight mode is activated, the display also shows the words “GENUINE PRODUCT” in English and kanji characters in the same bright hue that can also be seen on the outer packaging. Like all previous collaborative watch models from the two men, this new reference also features engravings of BlackEyePatch and “純正商品” (Genuine Product) on the caseback.

Priced at 17,600 JPY (approximately $109 USD), the DW-5610BEP-2, a collaboration with BlackEyePatch, is currently available for pre-order on G-SHOCK’s Japanese website. The timepiece will be officially released by the brand on July 12.
