Schroder Trust Buys Back Shares for Cancellation

Schroder UK Public Private Trust (GB:INOV) has released an update.

Schroder UK Public Private Trust has announced the purchase and cancellation of 120,000 of its own shares at a rate of 11.8 pence per share, which alters the total number of voting rights and issued share capital in the company. Shareholders are advised to use the updated figure of 829,440,026 ordinary shares as the basis for any required notifications concerning their shareholding changes.
