Meet the 2024-25 cohort of the NCAA Postgraduate Internship Program

The 2024-25 cohort of the NCAA Postgraduate Internship Program recently began their one-year work experience at the national office in Indianapolis. The intern class includes 34 college graduates, including 26 former student-athletes.

The Postgraduate Internship Program provides work-based learning experiences each year to university graduates who are passionate about pursuing a career in university athletic administration. With a focus on ethnic minorities, women and alumni, the program provides insight into the inner workings of university athletics from a national perspective.

NCAA postgraduate interns receive comprehensive training, mentoring assignments and networking opportunities. During their first week at the NCAA, current interns interacted with conference leaders from the Big Ten, Riddell, Wilson Sporting Goods and Northwestern. As part of the program, postgraduate interns plan and execute professional development visits to conference offices, member campuses and affiliated organizations to gain insight into the college sports industry and network with leaders.

Learn more about this year’s intern class below. Visit the internship program page for more information about the program, including application details for the 2025-26 cohort. Applications will be open from August 5 to September 6.
