Sky: Milan consider move for €13m Atletico and Spain star Morata

Sky Sport Italia reports that Milan are interested in Alvaro Morata who has a €13m clause in his contract with Atletico Madrid.

Alvaro Morata is a new summer transfer target for Milan in attack, according to the latest report from Sky Sport Italia correspondent Gianluca Di Marzio.

The Spaniard has a €13m clause included in his contract with the Colchoneros and according to the report, he must decide whether to consider a move to San Siro.

Morata announced his desire to remain at Atletico Madrid in a recent Instagram post, but according to Di Marzio, the striker aimed to deny a possible move to the Saudi Pro League.

Therefore, a move to Milan remains on the cards, but Morata will probably decide on a possible transfer to San Siro after EURO 2024.

A former Juventus striker, Morata is Spain’s captain at the Euros. He scored 21 goals in 48 matches with Atletico Madrid last season.

Milan are looking for a new centre forward after parting company with Olivier Giroud, who will join LAFC on a free transfer.
