Diddy’s Former Bodyguard Roger Bonds Willing to Testify Against Mogul, If Subpoenaed

Despite Sean “Diddy” Combs’ efforts to escape his troubles by going whitewater rafting, his legal troubles are far from over. The disgraced tycoon’s former bodyguard, Roger Bonds, recently appeared in Vlad TV and admitted he would testify against Combs if subpoenaed by the court.

“If I’m subpoenaed, I’m not going to jail for anybody,” Bonds initially said. DJ Vlad clarified that his cooperation was voluntary and said he wouldn’t be thrown in jail if he chose to remain silent, but Bonds would testify regardless.

“I can’t say I’m going to stand for one thing and not stand for another,” he explained. “So if I say he’s ‘evil’ and I say all these things about him, if I was just one of those people who went back to their corner and sat down, then I would continue to perpetuate the same fate. I’m showing that person that they are as powerful as they think they are. Anything I can do to help these women, I will do it.”

Bonds later stressed his contempt for those who called him a “snitch.”

“I tell people all the time that I’m not a street guy. I haven’t thought that for a long time. I have four daughters and a son, but I have four daughters, one of whom is in the music industry. How could I worry about myself at 57 when I’ve been tried in so many other criminal cases where I could have gotten 100 years in prison and I was the only one who got in prison. I never had anything to say about anybody else,” Bonds added.

He continued: “So to me, when it comes to Diddy and this situation, it’s nothing to me. The only person that can say that’s snitching is a person that hasn’t experienced anything in life.”

Bonds has been open about his thoughts on Combs since Cassie’s lawsuit against the Bad Boy Records founder surfaced.

In a since deleted message, by ComplexHe shared photos of himself and Cassie and wrote, “I’m ready to speak my truth because for so many years I was silent. Nothing matters now but family.”

Cassie cited Bonds in her complaint, claiming he witnessed an incident in January 2009 where Diddy allegedly stomped on her face after he saw her talking to another music manager at a Los Angeles nightclub. She noted that Bonds tried to intervene to stop the assault, but was unsuccessful.
