The assault on Rick Ross and his crew at the Ignite 2024 music festival in Vancouver on Sunday, June 30, is a hot topic. And Rozay’s nemesis, 50 Cent, has taken every opportunity to lash out at Bawse. The day after the incident, on Monday, July 1, Fif shared a video on social media commenting on the fight.

“Hey guys. I just saw a very unfortunate situation that happened in Canada, and I want to tell everybody that I hope this brother made it home safely,” the Queens, New York rapper says in the video below. “I hope he now has a different perspective and a better idea of ​​what to do and what not to do when you’re out in the world. The moment that this young man said to himself — he did this little move and got knocked out — that doesn’t reflect him. That reflects his camp.”

50 didn’t stop there. He continued to taunt Rozay in another post that shows Ross running away from the fight.

“LMAO THE GREAT ESCAPE!” Fif wrote in the caption of the clip, which you can see below. “MEEKA CALLS THE PURSUITERS, THEY’RE PURSUITING ME. LOL.”

50 continued to make jokes at Ross’ expense, sharing a viral video on social media parodying the situation and clowning Ross during an Instagram Live with comedian Earthquake and singer Keith Sweat.

Rick Ross finds himself in sticky situation at Canadian music festival

Rick Ross’ appearance at Ignite Fest turned violent after his concert. Video was captured showing Ross and his crew walking into a crowd of people while Kendrick Lamar’s anti-Drake song “Not Like Us” plays in the background as tensions escalate. After an argument, a man punches Rozay and all hell breaks loose. One of the rapper’s security guards can be seen getting beaten up by several men.

Ross later downplayed the fight on social media, captioning a photo of himself in front of his plane: “Vancouver was fun until next time.”
