1,000 Fentanyl Pills, Cocaine Found During Traffic Stop Near Barnesville

BARNESVILLE, Minn. (KVRR) – Approximately 1,000 fentanyl pills and 13 grams of cocaine were seized during a traffic stop Tuesday on I-94 near Barnesville.

The drugs were to be delivered to the Fargo-Moorhead area. Moorhead police estimate the street value of the merchandise to be approximately $10,000.

Antonio Johnson, 33, of Rochester, Minnesota, was arrested and taken to the Clay County Jail.

Several drug-related charges are pending.

Assisting agencies included the Clay County Sheriff’s Office, Minnesota State Patrol, Fargo Police Department, Cass County Drug Enforcement Task Force, North Dakota Bureau of Criminal Investigation and the Drug Enforcement Administration.
