Findlay Considers Marijuana Moratorium

FINDLAY, Ohio (WTVG) – Findlay could be among the next Ohio cities to ban recreational marijuana dispensaries, at least temporarily.

Findlay City Council is considering imposing a 12-month moratorium on marijuana establishments.

City leaders said it would give them time to examine the ramifications of recreational marijuana and whether they need to implement additional regulations.

Findlay has a similar process for medical marijuana.

The Council held its first reading of the ordinance on Tuesday evening.
