Italian steakhouse The Saint presents the “Proper Jazz Brunch,” a tribute to the region’s jazz history.

The new brunch scene offers a range of dishes and associated cocktails
with live jazz by well-known local artists every Sunday from 11am to 3pm

“Jazz has deep roots in our part of Dallas and we wanted to honor that heritage by bringing the
“The best of local jazz with the best of brunch,” owner Andy Hooper said in a statement.

The brunch menu, curated by chef Jacob Williamson, features dishes like Texas Wagyu Benedict with house-made beef belly, grilled focaccia, cherry tomatoes and Wagyu Hollandaise sauce, French toast waffles and steak and eggs with grilled beef tenderloin, poached eggs, arugula and a Barolo reduction. Ingredients are sourced from Texas ranches and farmers.

The Saint’s cocktail selection includes brunch classics like mimosas, spritzes and coffee drinks. Signature cocktails include the Blood Orange Mimosa with Blood Orange IPA and Prosecco, a Watermelon St.
Spritz and a coffee negroni, made with gin, coffee-infused vermouth and orange.

Reservations for the Proper Jazz Brunch are highly recommended and can be made through Resy, Open Table or at thesaintdallas.com.
