Burglary at Jahnavi Killekar’s home leaves Marathi actress in shock, her mother suffers from paralysis

Jahnavi Killekar, a famous Marathi actress, took to social media to share her ordeal, making shocking revelations about a recent armed robbery at her residence.

Known for the show Bhagya Dil Tu Me, Jahnavi Killekar took to her official Instagram account to spread awareness about house break-ins and robberies, as a victim of the crime herself. In the video, the actress revealed that her mother suffered a shock that led to paralysis due to the incident. Addressing the viewers, she said, “We have built a bungalow as a second home in Pen, Raigad. We go there on weekends.” She added, “The robbers took away the music system and speakers, my brother’s guitar and his many expensive watches besides my mother’s expensive sarees.” Revealing further, she said that the robbers even tried to remove the AC and refrigerator but left them behind.

The actress mentioned in the clip that she wanted to create awareness about the increasing cases of thefts, especially when there is no one at home. She said, “We had bought these things with our hard-earned money and they were very selective and precious to us.” As per her suspicions, the thieves were keeping a close watch on the house and knew that they only visited the property on weekends. “I have lodged a police complaint and the cops are investigating the matter,” Jahnavi added.
