Spin Master Dominates Market With New Shapes Collection Featuring Iconic PlayStation Exclusive Characters

PlayStation and Spin Master appear to have teamed up to bring a brand new line of figures to the collection. Coming to life directly from the PlayStation catalog, iconic franchises are getting their own 6″ scale figure. Aloy kicked off the Horizon: Forbidden West line, priced at $49.99, but will feature interchangeable faces, weapons, and a deluxe box. She’s currently the only deluxe figure at this price point, with the other “base” figures going for $29.99. The next game in the works is God of War: Ragnarök, as Kratos is ready to put new gods in their place.

Kratos from the Shapes Collection stands 6 inches tall and will feature 31 points of articulation. He comes in the standard Survival Gear Set, which features his new bearded look from the game and his signature red tattoo. As for accessories, Spin Master made sure to include the new Leviathan Axe, Closed Shield, and Open Shield with this release. It’s been noted that Kratos will also come with the Blades of Chaos, but that could be for another figure or simply not shown. Atreus will also be featured in the Spin Master PlayStation lineup, allowing fans to capture father-son adventures. Pre-orders aren’t live yet, but the Shapes Collection is set to release in September 2024 and can be found on the PlayStation Gear Store.
