Miles Adkins, 39, pleaded guilty to two federal misdemeanors in connection with the riot and was sentenced to 12 days in jail — to be served only on weekends — plus two years of probation, fines and restitution.

Despite his guilty plea, Adkins said NBC News4 that he refuses to capitulate to demands from community members that he resign from his position on the Frederick County Public Schools Board.

“You’re going to need a bigger wrecking ball to get me out of here,” he told a reporter.

Donald Trump has called Joe Biden a “wrecked pile of a**hole” and Vice President Kamala Harris “pathetic” and said the embattled president has already dropped out of the race for the White House.

“He just dropped out, you know – he’s dropping out of the race… and that means we have Kamala. I think she’s going to get better,” Trump mutters sarcastically.

Trump then lashed out at Harris, mocking the prospect of her succeeding Biden on the ticket.

“She’s so pathetic, she’s so bad. Can you imagine… dealing with (Vladimir) Putin, the president of China – who’s a fierce person, a fierce man, a very tough guy…” he adds, before walking away across the green.

In an email, the Biden campaign told supporters that “this July 4, Donald Trump wants to make America a monarchy again.”
