TWO RIVERS – Police are seeking two people suspected of breaking into vehicles on the city’s north side near Mishicot Road between 4 and 5 a.m. June 29.

“We have received multiple reports of two individuals entering and attempting to enter vehicles on the north shore of Two Rivers,” the Two Rivers Police Department said in a July 2 Facebook post.

“Both suspects appear to be young males, possibly in their teens or early twenties,” the message added.

The Facebook post included several images of the suspects taken from security cameras.

The department described the first suspect as a white male who was wearing a blue sweatshirt with white writing and a black hoodie with black pants.

The other suspect was described as a black male wearing a green jacket with a black hood and black pants with a white stripe down the leg.

Anyone with information can contact police at 920-793-1191 or 920-686-7200 and ask to speak to a team leader.

Police added in their Facebook post: “We live in a very safe community here in Two Rivers, but with the warmer weather here, we typically see an increase in these opportunistic crimes. This sense of safety can sometimes lead to complacency, so please keep in mind that you will not become a victim by reducing the ability for criminals to easily victimize you.”

“If you see anything suspicious, please report it immediately,” police said. “Always lock your vehicle, garage and residence doors. Park in well-lit areas with cameras, if possible. Keep valuables secure and out of sight. If you see something suspicious…let us know.”
