Willie NelsonThe team provides fans with another update regarding the country star’s health.

The 91-year-old was on the road, scheduled to perform at a series of events before his appearances were cancelled because he was “not feeling well”.

“Willie Nelson looks forward to seeing everyone in Camden on July 4th,” the statement shared on social media read, adding: “He will not be performing in Mansfield today.”

“Bob Dylan, Robert Plant, Alison Krauss and Celisse will perform as scheduled. Additionally, Lukas Nelson and Family, along with some special guests, will once again perform their own set that will include Willie classics and other songs.”

Although the note was apparently meant to let fans know that the “On the Road Again” crooner was doing better, many still urged his team to provide more specific details about his condition.

“Tell us what’s going on with Willie Nelson already, I’m worried about that man,” read one much-liked comment, while another pleaded, “Just let him rest 😭.”

Meanwhile, someone else left a positive note: “I’m glad Willie is on the mend!! But Lukas (who I’ve seen many times) is a joy to hear (he sounds so much like Willie!) playing all these classics, and his own gems too. “Stay a Little Longer” was especially delightful! I hope everyone enjoys these shows. ✨”

As previously reported, ahead of the Outlaw Musical Festival stop in Alpharetta, Georgia on Friday, June 21, a post shared on Nelson’s social media accounts revealed that the country artist would not be taking the stage due to health reasons.

“We regret to inform you that Willie Nelson is not feeling well and, as per doctor’s orders, has been advised to rest for the next four days,” read the statement shared on Instagram and X (formerly Twitter) at the time.
