MJF Really Shocked AEW Fans

In the last episodes of Dynamite, we saw the return of MJF on the telescreens of Tony Khan’s company, with the former AEW world champion who had made his return after months of absence from the ring, for an injury that bothered him a lot and that he had to fight after the defeat against Samoa Joe for the world title of the company.

MJF’s return was greeted with a huge pop from the AEW crowd, who had been eager to see him back in the company’s ring for weeks and with MJF coming back the way he left, namely on the babyface side of the company.

Tonight, in the last episode of Dynamite, however, something must have gone wrong, since MJF was the protagonist of a brutal attack against his friend Daniel Garcia, with the young athlete who was attacked at the end of his match against Will Ospreay valid for the international title.

Immediately after seeing the end of the match between Garcia and Ospreay, with a very high level fight that showed the bravery of both athletes, MJF thought it was best to get into the ring to hug his friend, and then betray him resoundingly in front of everyone, hitting him first with a Low Blow and then with the classic blows with his ring, enough to make his head hurt.

Update on MJF

After Garcia’s massacre, MJF also started hitting backstage officials to stop him. As we could see, Maxwell Jacob Friedman returned in extraordinary physical shape and he confirmed it through a post on Instagram comparing two photos: one of him after the match against Samoa Joe in December 2023 and one of him upon his return to AEW in 2024.

The wrestler explained: “For those wondering, the left side is me after my match against Joe. My left shoulder was so bad I couldn’t lift it over my head. I couldn’t even do cardio because the slight swing of my arms was excruciatingly painful.” The wrestler credited fitness and nutrition expert Adam Pfau for helping him out.
