Bentley unveils exclusive Istanbul-inspired collection

Bentley, the world-renowned luxury carmaker, has launched a series of exclusive collections that can only be ordered at its Istanbul showroom. This limited collection, consisting of just three models, includes the iconic Continental GT, Flying Spur and Bentayga, all powered by V8 engines.

The vehicles, carefully handcrafted at Bentley’s factory in Crewe, England, also benefited from the involvement of the brand’s Istanbul employees during the development phase. Called the ‘Bentley Mulliner Istanbul Silhouette Collection’, this special limited edition showcases Istanbul’s rich cultural heritage, world-famous landmarks and artistic significance.

The cars, made by master craftsmen who now work exclusively on special order lines, feature the silhouette of the Bosphorus Strait as a central theme. The turquoise hue of the sea, reflecting the blue sky reflected on the water at sunset, is among the details that inspired this unique series.

The Istanbul silhouette theme is reflected in both the exterior and interior design of the vehicles. The first notable feature is the sapphire black front door sills. These sills form a harmonious base for the exterior design, while the carbon fiber side skirts are painted in a special turquoise blue, adding a sporty touch reminiscent of the colors of Istanbul.

Inside, the silhouettes of the Maiden’s Tower, the Galata Tower and the famous bridges over the Bosphorus are integrated. The turquoise blue color appears on the headrests and the rear cushions, with all these details inspired by the blue patterned tiles of the famous Sultanahmet Mosque, combined with navy blue and black leather.

By promoting this special series, Bentley is focusing on Istanbul as a meeting point between East and West. The brand highlights the vibrant street scenes enriched with history and art, presenting Istanbul as a unique place where European and Asian cultures blend harmoniously. The Bentley Mulliner Istanbul Silhouette Collection, produced with this central idea, will be on display in the showroom for a limited time before being delivered to its owners.

The vehicles’ promotional photoshoots took place at Istanbul’s Galataport, and the cars are on display at Dogus Otomotiv Center in Maslak. Represented in Turkey by Dogus Holding, Bentley also has a pop-up store at Karakoy Galaport.
