People Shocked After Finding Out Age Difference Between Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds

It’s safe to say that in recent years there has been a staggering increase in what might be described as “age-gap” romances – particularly in the celebrity world.

Among the most famous intergenerational duos – who are said to have played a major role in the rise of this particular relationship dynamic – are Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta-Jones, who have a staggering 25 years age difference, and George and Amal Clooney, who have an equally staggering 17 years age difference.

And while Hollywood acting duo Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds are also known by many for their rather large age difference, many fans of the duo are only realizing it this week. how their age difference is big.

What many fans of the famous duo didn’t know until this week is that the couple actually enjoys a pretty extreme age gap, with a video circulating on social media showing what the pair have looked like over the years.

It turns out Ryan was 33 and his wife Blake was just 22 when they first met.

In the now-viral video, Ryan, 29, was seen starring in the 2005 independent comedy film Waiting for, while being compared to a fresh-faced 18-year-old Blake in a video filmed the same year.

Later in the clip, a promotional interview for Gossip Girl In 2011, Blake, 24, was seen chatting to the cameras while Ryan, then 35, was promoting his own film.

And, as they say, the striking difference left viewers of the video in shock.

“Still in shock,” one said, while being asked to write in the comments: “Wdym, he’s almost 50??”

A third teased: “Blake will stop aging when she’s 25,” while a fourth continued: “I don’t know, they’re twin flames and same-age souls.”
