Katie Price breaks silence on son Junior, 18, and his relationship with Jasmine Orr, 23, despite their age difference

Katie Price has broken her silence on the age gap between her son, Junior Andre, and his new girlfriend, Jasmine Orr, who is five years his senior.

On April 24, Junior, 18, revealed that he was having a secret romance with a mystery girlfriend, who, as it was revealed, is Jasmine, 23, an assistant salon manager and content creator with over 22,000 subscribers.

They include celebrities such as Love Island cast members Mollie Salmon and Coco Lodge, as well as stars such as Calum Best and Wayne Lineker. She has also appeared on E4’s Celebs Go Dating.

Junior’s mum Katie, 45, opened up about her son’s new relationship during an episode of her podcast, The Katie Price Show, which she hosts with her younger sister Sophie, who recently announced her pregnancy.

Katie doesn’t seem bothered by the age difference between Junior and Jasmine, as she said she “can’t wait” to meet Jasmine, as she described her as “so pretty” and even recalled watching her on Celebs Go Dating in 2023.

Speaking more directly about the four-year age difference, Katie said: “Isn’t it funny when your kids grow up and they get into relationships and you meet their girlfriends and boyfriends and they’re an adult, she’s an adult.”

Katie, who is herself dating MAFS star JJ Slater, who is 13 years her junior, continued: “They’re not like little kids at school.

“The weird thing is, she’s 23 and he’s 18, you know? There can always be an age difference in a relationship. As you get older, the age difference doesn’t matter anymore.”

But Katie admitted that Junior hadn’t actually told his mother about his new love, and instead heard gossip from her daughter – Junior’s sister – who had met Jasmine with her father, Peter Andre – Katie’s ex-husband.

A source told The Sun: “Junior has already introduced Jasmine to his dad and stepmum Emily,” a source told the publication. “It was important that they approved, but he’s already in love.”

They added: “The relationship has been kept low-key until now, but telling his fans he was engaged was a big step.”

Junior caused a frenzy when he revealed he had a girlfriend during his recent Instagram Q&A, where one social media user asked: “Kiss, marry or avoid – Dua Lipa, Kendall Jenner and Kim Kardashian.”

After reading the question, Junior replied, “None. Why? Because I have a good daughter at home.”
