Meet Rachelle Goulding: Scooter Braun's new girlfriend is a fitness buff, chef and activist

Goulding’s ex is Gossip Girl star Chace Crawford; Their relationship ended a decade ago, and the actress has not been publicly linked to anyone else until now. Over the last 10 years, she has been busy establishing herself as an actress in Hollywood, with works like Get Shorty, Reginald the Vampire, Lucifer and most recently, NCIS: Hawaii and the horror movie Disquiet.

Here’s what we know about the woman who stole Braun’s heart two years after her divorce from Yael Cohen.

Rachelle Goulding is extremely fit

Goulding takes fitness seriously, to say the least. She is trained in mixed martial arts and counts celebrity stunt coordinator Arnold Chon as her mentor, as seen on her Instagram. Chon is known for training MMA champions and has fought legends like Jackie Chan, Jet Li and Chuck Norris, per IMDB.

Goulding also takes boxing lessons from Tolis Keivani, founder of the popular boxing brand TK Boxing Gear, and regularly practices kickboxing, yoga and staff spinning, also seen on her Instagram.

Fans seem to love seeing the model-turned-actress’ active side on her Instagram, with some complimenting her “excellent technique” and calling her a “full-time bada**”, and others lauding her “beast mode” performance. Her friend, influencer/designer Victoria Chapman Cook, owner of fashion brand V. Chapman, commented under one of Goulding’s training posts, “Oh hey Lara Croft!!!”

She’s a great chef

Besides fitness, another one of Goulding’s passions seems to be food and cooking. She has an Instagram highlight called “Cooking” that’s filled with videos of food she has either made or enjoyed. She seems to get her talent for cooking from her father, or as she called him in an Instagram Story caption, “Papa Goulding.”

She once got her entire body bleached for a shoot

Goulding revealed during her Sports Illustrated Swimsuit 2016 casting call that the craziest thing she ever did on a shoot was bleach her entire body. It was for a Nivea commercial in Asia.

She loves kids and animals

If there’s anything Goulding seems to love more than fitness and food, it’s her pet dog, Lola – an adorable French bulldog. She also adores her young niece and nephew and seems to spend plenty of time with them, if her Instagram is anything to go by.

Goulding’s love for children may have been something she bonded with Braun over: he is on the Make-A-Wish Foundation’s board of directors and was the recipient of the Save the Children Humanitarian Award in 2018.

Goulding also has a bit of a conservationist streak, often taking to Instagram to remind her followers about the need to protect the environment as well as endangered species like rhinos and orangutans. In 2017 and 2018, she even spent some time in Africa, contributing to the cause.

Tea American Typecast Star’s hobbies include drawing and indulging in adventure sports like skydiving, scuba diving and bungee jumping.

She has also drawn self-portraits and enjoys abstract art. She wrote on Instagram, “There’s no such thing as perfect art. Go with your mistakes and just paint or draw whatever makes you feel good or brings out an emotion in you.”
