Manzanita Capital Announces Executive Management Shakeup; Appoints New CEO and Deputy CEO of Diptyque

THE WHAT? Manzanita Capital has appointed Laurence Semichon as CEO of Diptyque. Laurence Semichon succeeds Fabienne Mauny, who was appointed Operating Partner and Brand President of Manzanita.

THE DETAILS According to a report from The Industry Beauty, Semichon joined the luxury home fragrance brand as SVP Fragrance & Beauty in 2019 before being promoted to SVP Brand in 2022. In her new role, she is tasked with leading the brand’s next phase of growth. She will be joined by Nicolas Floquet, former COO, who has been appointed to the newly created role of Deputy CEO. Mauny replaces Chris Garek, who is set to retire.
