High-visibility STOP DWI engagement campaign continues

We remind you that local law enforcement will continue its high-visibility STOP-DWI engagement campaign to crack down on drunk drivers over the Independence Day weekend.

This campaign is one of several being conducted by law enforcement in affected areas to combat impaired driving and distracted driving. Motorists can expect to see increased patrols in unmarked and unmarked police vehicles and sobriety checkpoints in some areas.

The campaign will continue until Sunday, July 7.
