Ronaldo is the most frequently caught offside player at Euro 2024

At Euro 2024, Portugal national team forward Cristiano Ronaldo was flagged offside more times than any other player. He was flagged offside eight times during the tournament.

The 39-year-old forward played five matches in the tournament but failed to score a single goal. He remains the tournament’s all-time leading scorer.

Currently, the second place for most offsides is shared by Niclas Fullkrug of Germany, Andraz Sporar of Slovenia and Barnabas Varga of Hungary, each with four offsides.

Portugal reached the quarter-finals, where they lost to the French national team with a score of 0:0 (3:5 on penalties).
