Well, it’s one way to promote your music.

After conducting a Q&A on her Instagram Stories on Wednesday, JoJo Siwa, 21, decided to give her fans a good look at some of her most recent tattoos.

In response to a question about her arm tattoo, the singer and “Dance Moms” alum snapped a close-up of the design, which is a reference to her latest song, “Karma,” and the dramatic makeup look she’s been sporting since launching her music career earlier this year.

“So I have a memory of karma forever,” Siwa wrote on the photo.

“Karma” was released last April, and shortly after, Siwa showed off her intense black eye makeup in a music video before channeling Britney Spears in a sheer, sparkly jumpsuit.

Siwa then sparked some controversy when she showed up to the iHeart Radio Music Awards wearing the look, with people criticizing her dramatic KISS-inspired makeup. However, Gene Simmons was quick to defend the former child star, saying, “JoJo is cool. Anyone who doesn’t get it is just jealous, period.”

Continuing her Instagram revelations, Siwa said that when it comes to tattoos, she now has “a lot more now” after getting her first one last summer. The star went on to count at least six tattoos, including a shooting star that she now has on her left hand.

Last July, the “Dancing With the Stars” finalist revealed that she had gotten a tattoo of “1031” behind her ear after visiting a studio with fellow child star Raven-Symoné and the actress’s wife, Miranda Maday.

“1031 is the number of days my first concert tour was, but 2003 is the year I was born, that’s why it looks like 2003 with the lines on the side,” she explained on Snapchat.

At the time, she also said she couldn’t yet talk about the meaning of the number three, but later wrote on Instagram that it was her “special forces recruit number.”

Back in February, Siwa also told Access Hollywood that she had already gotten two tattoos in honor of her future children.

“This one is for my future baby girl, her name is Freddie,” she noted, pointing to a tattoo on her arm. “Then this one is for the twins. Eddie and Teddie. Freddie, Eddie and Teddie. I want three babies. I found a sperm donor.”

In late June, Siwa also revealed a winged teddy bear tattoo, a design that is set to appear on the cover of her new album, and the numbers “417” written above “1,000,000,000,” which have been placed below her elbow.
